Job Title: Data Scientist III
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy predictive models for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, patient adherence, and sales forecasting.
• Lead strategies to enhance HCP engagement and improve omnichannel experiences.
• Create marketing mix models and conduct ROI analyses for various marketing channels.
• Apply machine learning and NLP to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Ensure data compliance with HIPAA and GDPR standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic decisions.
Skills Required:
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Looking for senior manager who can model patient data. Work with patient 360, able to do MMM or Marketing Mix Analysis.
• Must have Pharma exp on the commercial side.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and data platforms like Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling and digital ROI measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
