Job Description
• We are seeking an experienced Data Science Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver advanced AI and machine learning-based frameworks that drive data-informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage and mentor team members, and ensure the effective implementation of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement innovative AI and machine learning models to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to evaluate the performance and impact of deployed AI models.
• Measure and justify the value of AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging Data Science and AI trends to continuously refine strategies and methods.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights across multiple teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python , with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Expertise in Data Science, AI Strategy, and Data Analysis & Interpretation.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML models in a business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data and AI services.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
