Data Science Design Engineer (Black Belt Certified) Location: Denver, CO Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days a Week Black Belt certification – Mandatory Role Overview Client is seeking a highly skilled Data Science Design Engineer with a strong background in Data Science, Python, Machine Learning, and data visualization. A Black Belt certification (mandatory) is required, reflecting deep expertise in analytical problem-solving, process optimization, and data-driven design. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders in a fully onsite environment to design and deliver impactful data science solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop data science and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems • Apply Python-based analytics and ML models across large and diverse datasets • Leverage advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders • Utilize Black Belt methodologies to drive process improvement and analytical excellence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and leadership • Translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven designs Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, Python, and Machine Learning • Proven expertise in data analysis, modeling, and statistical methods • Excellent data visualization skills (tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar) • Black Belt certification – Mandatory • Ability to work effectively in a 100% onsite environment • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
