The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in advanced analytics, statistical modelling, survey design, data engineering (ETL), and dashboard creation. You will work across multiple data sources to design scalable data pipelines, conduct in-depth analyses, and build executive-facing dashboards that guide key organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Analytics & Statistical Modelling:
• Design and analyse large-scale surveys and extract meaningful insights.
• Perform statistical modelling to evaluate trends, forecast outcomes, and simulate scenarios to support planning.
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
• Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines to consolidate data from multiple unstructured and structured sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for analysis and reporting.
Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development
• Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards tailored for executive-level decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable business insights.
Strategic Workforce Planning
• Partner with HR and strategy teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that inform talent strategies.
• Track and measure key workforce metrics, identifying trends and risks.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including unstructured data.
• Proficiency in survey design, analytics, and data consolidation techniques.
• Strong statistical modelling skills using tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development using tools such as SQL, Apache Airflow, or similar.
• Ability to create executive dashboards using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convert data findings into strategic insights.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics or HR data is a strong plus.
