About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise and experience in financial services or large enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, applying AI/ML techniques, and empowering business leaders to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Research and analyze business operations, services, and product performance.
β’ Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
β’ Present findings in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
β’ Contribute to data-driven strategy and planning initiatives across the organization.
β’ Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve business problems and improve predictive accuracy.
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 5-8 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
β’ Prior Financial Services or Large Enterprise experience.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, algorithms, and frameworks.
β’ Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
β’ Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
β’ Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $65 - $70 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
