Locations: Onsite in Mclean, VA (5 days a week)

Job Overview:
Must Have Qualifications: 3+ Years of analytical quantitative or portfolio experience- not just data. Candidates should have hands-on experience in coding and experience bridging gaps between technical and business needs. Python for quantitative analysis, SQL to pull data and React for Dashboarding
• Partner closely with various stakeholders to influence decisions with data and allow leaders to make key business decisions in a timely manner
• Codify already available methodologies into functional codes and create an automation dashboard (using SAS, Python and React libraries).
• Working as a part of a team to support line of business areas with more advanced statistical and quantitative analysis. Ability to run models, look for exceptions and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Use technology tools to conduct analysis; apply techniques such as SQL querying and macro development to extract data for populating models.
• Gain a good understanding of the relevant processes and products in assigned area and apply this knowledge to decide the most appropriate analysis, methodologies and approaches to support the assessment of performance and risk profile of MF (mutual funds) population.
• Interpret findings and prepare initial drafts of standard reports. Prepare ad-hoc reports at the request of managers and/or other leaders.
• Translate complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical audiences.

Compensation: $80.00 – $85.00 per hour. This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
