Job Role – Data Science Engineer
Location – Boston, MA (100% onsite)
Type: W2 Only
• Develop, test, and deploy data-driven solutions, including predictive models, statistical algorithms, and machine-learning pipelines.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and insights that support business decisions.
• Build and optimize machine-learning models using appropriate techniques, ensuring model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Implement end-to-end data workflows, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create reusable code modules, APIs, and model-serving components to support production environments.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement enhancements based on drift, feedback, or new data.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards across all development activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and solution approaches.
