Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or data-focused roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.)
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis experience
• Python or R scripting experience
• Experience with distributed computing systems (Hive/Hadoop)
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently with minimal guidance
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and communicating technical concepts to general audiences
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or Master’s degree in a technical discipline
• PHP experience
• Experience working with non-technical partners such as legal, business, or operations teams
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
• SQL, Excel, and data analysis expertise
• Python/R scripting
• Experience with Hive/Hadoop or distributed data environments
