Minimum Requirements:
β’ 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
β’ Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
β’ Experience with statistical software and database languages
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience using data science to improve customer experience and business profitability
β’ PhD in a quantitative discipline
β’ Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines
β’ Theoretical and practical knowledge of methods such as frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing
β’ Proficiency with version control
β’ Experience with reading and writing data in the cloud
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across functions with strong skills in persuasive and informative speaking
