In this remote role, you will partner closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to optimize campaign strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and drive tooling innovations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that shape marketing decisions at scale. Key Responsibilities • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities • Translate data-driven insights into targeted recommendations for refining marketing strategies and budget allocation • Diagnose bottlenecks in marketing workflows and develop scalable solutions, such as automation programs and dashboards • Build and refine tooling infrastructure to optimize data pipelines, reporting systems, and collaboration (leveraging SQL, BI tools, and workflow orchestration) • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals • Convert raw data into strategic narratives that drive operational improvements and inform decision-making Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in process, tooling, or campaign optimization • Excellent communication skills; able to distill complex insights for non-technical audiences • 2+ years’ experience in data science, analytics, or related field (marketing analytics/operations experience a plus) Nice to Have • Prior experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or operational data science • Background in developing automation and workflow optimization tools Benefits When it comes to working, we want to help take some of life’s pressures off - where we can.
