This role focuses on developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, neural networks, and MLOps practices to enable personalization, automation, and AI-driven insights across digital products. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, production-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities:Machine Learning & AI Development: • Develop and optimize predictive and prescriptive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. • Apply deep learning and neural networks for customer classification, segmentation, and personalization. • Deploy, monitor, and maintain models using MLOps best practices. • Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. • Explore and integrate Knowledge Graphs to improve AI-driven recommendations. Data Engineering & Pipelines: • Partner with data engineers to design scalable ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing. • Write complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation. • Implement CI/CD workflows to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring. • Leverage cloud platforms, with GCP preferred. Collaboration & Agile Development: • Work within an Agile / DevOps environment alongside cross-functional teams. • Promote a data-driven culture by educating stakeholders on AI and analytics value. • Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related roles. • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn). • Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP). • Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing). • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Knowledge Graphs and graph-based data models. • Hands-on work with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude). • Background in Retail and Personalization Web Technologies. • Familiarity with digital ecosystem and data-driven decision-making. • Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
