The Role
• Design, execute, and analyze large-scale surveys, experiments, and observational studies to gather comprehensive data.
• Apply advanced inferential statistical methods, including regression, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis.
• Develop robust sampling strategies, weighting schemes, and data quality checks to ensure statistical rigor.
• Analyze complex datasets, extracting meaningful patterns and trends, and effectively communicate findings to diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate quantitative insights into practical, actionable recommendations that guide product development, design iterations, and overall business strategy.
What You'll Need
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, psychology, economics, data science, or a closely related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis or research, with a preference for product, user experience (UX), or applied research context.
• Strong foundational knowledge in statistical inference and expertise in experimental or quasi-experimental methods.
• Proficiency in at least one statistical or analytical programming language (e.g., R, Python) and experience with SQL.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
