Data Scientist

Role Summary: We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and NLP solutions. The role involves building end-to-end data science pipelines, working with BigQuery ML, and contributing to Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Model Development • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning (ML) and NLP models for various business use cases. • Build and maintain end-to-end data science pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment. Generative AI • Apply Generative AI fundamentals, including LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering, for prototyping and use case development. • Contribute to AI-driven innovation initiatives across the organization. BigQuery ML • Utilize BigQuery ML for data processing, feature engineering, and model training. • Optimize queries and workflows for efficient large-scale data handling. Collaboration & Mentoring • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Experience • 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or ML Engineering roles. Technical Skills • Strong experience in ML model development and deployment. • Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines. • Good understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, prompting). • Experience with BigQuery ML for data analysis and model building. • Proficiency in Python and related data science libraries.
