About the Company We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team supporting a gaming monetization portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling in Python and SQL on Databricks and a proven ability to optimize subscription and digital content revenue while protecting player experience. About the Role Job Title: Applications Dev & Test - Data Scientist 4 Location: Bear Creek, WA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Duration: Contract - 13 months Responsibilities • Python/Databricks (4+ years) • Presentation and communication (5+ years) • Attribution and causal inference (4+ years) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. • 8-10 years of experience in data science or analytics roles focused on monetization or subscriptions. • Fluency in Python and SQL; experience working in Databricks or similar platforms. • Experience with database technologies and robust understanding of ETL design and automation. • Strong statistical foundations, A/B testing design, and causal inference literacy. • Ability to present insights and train stakeholders on data products; strong written and verbal communication. • Problem-solving skills with a track record of influencing product or business outcomes using data.
