The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for marketing campaigns, reporting, and automation.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and analytics teams to define data and metric requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to support scalable marketing campaigns and reporting automation.
• Write high-quality SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Identify and resolve data integrity and accuracy issues in reporting and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BA or BS degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and database management.
• Strong SQL expertise (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.) and report automation.
• Experience using Python and R.
• Ability to build and operate distributed data extraction, ingestion, and processing systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
• Business-oriented Data Scientist with a marketing background.
