Data Scientist

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a Data Scientist. Summary: We're seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role blends technical expertise with business acumen, supporting projects across healthcare and consumer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Write and maintain complex SQL queries in Databricks to build rich datasets • Develop statistical models and run analytical experiments to solve business problems • Analyze trends and patterns using claims data, product usage, and patient-level insights • Collaborate across teams to define KPIs and operational metrics • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications • Work with external vendors and partners to support data initiatives Requirements • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and analytics • Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis tools • Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data • Clear communication of complex findings to business stakeholders • Familiarity with healthcare datasets; experience with diabetes-related device data is a plus • Self-starter with a passion for learning and problem-solving The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
