Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Transform business requirements into analytical solutions and create insightful reports. • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making. • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and contribute to solution design discussions. • Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to share analysis results and recommendations. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions for complex problems. Skills • 6-8 years of experience in business analysis and data visualization. • Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Solid understanding of business intelligence tools and dashboarding practices. Preferred Skills • Experience with statistical programming languages such as R or Python. • Familiarity with Big Data technologies and cloud-native solutions like Spark or Databricks. • Prior experience in the US healthcare domain is advantageous. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
