In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data science, AI/ML, and cloud technologies to deliver customer-centric insights, build scalable models, and drive strategic decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Data Scientist who thrives in solving complex problems and applying advanced data science techniques to real-world use cases. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead AI/ML efforts and data science projects that support better business decision-making. • Work with large datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and communicate findings. • Apply advanced ML techniques (Deep Learning: ENN, CNN, RNN, GANs, Transformers, NLP, LLMs). • Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Glue Brew transformations. • Perform customer behavior analysis: segmentation, churn, repeat purchase, A/B testing, market basket, etc. • Collaborate with business teams to forecast and design customer acquisition and retention strategies. • Support ad-hoc data science projects and present data-driven solutions. Requirements | What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in Data Science. • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML. • Strong AWS expertise (Azure/GCP not acceptable). • Hands-on coding experience in Python and SQL (R is a plus). • Familiarity with Cloud Llama. • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines; experience in MLOps (e.g., Docker). • Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R using open-source frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Experience with distributed datastores (SQL/NoSQL), Big Data, and cloud-based technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Firebase, GCP BigQuery). Nice to Have • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter Notebooks, SageMaker. • Automotive dataset experience. • Understanding of model management frameworks. • Experience with at least 3 advanced AI models (Claude, LLaMA, Haiku, Gemma). Soft Skills • Strategic thinker with ability to connect data insights to business strategy. • Strong communication skills; capable of walking through use cases and storytelling with data. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data-driven solutions.
