Role description
Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development and deployment of agentic AI frameworks for our Growth Projections LLM Experiments, a critical component of the AI for Bids initiative. This role centers on leveraging advanced reasoning models and agentic architectures to improve the forecasting of membership growth, enhance bid strategies, and deliver actionable insights for the organization. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Architect, build, and refine agentic frameworks using state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., OpenAI o3, Gemini 2.5 Pro) to automate and orchestrate growth projection workflows. β€’ Design multi-agent systems capable of integrating diverse data sources, conducting stepwise reasoning, and synthesizing strategic intelligence for bid-related scenarios. β€’ Develop robust pipelines for the ingestion and transformation of public (CMS, SEC, KFF) and internal data, enabling agents to operate with contextual awareness and domain expertise. β€’ Collaborate with subject matter experts to encode domain knowledge and strategic heuristics into agent behaviors and decision-making processes. β€’ Conduct systematic back-testing and scenario analysis, benchmarking agentic outputs against actual growth results and internal projections. β€’ Communicate complex findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making in bids and growth strategy. β€’ Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards when deploying agentic models in production environments. β€’ Stay informed of the latest advancements in agentic AI, generative models, and large language model orchestration. Qualifications: β€’ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. β€’ Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data science or machine learning, with demonstrated expertise in agentic AI systems, LLMs, and multi-agent orchestration. β€’ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, langchain, transformers). β€’ Experience building and deploying agentic frameworks for real-world analytical applications, preferably in healthcare or insurance. β€’ Strong understanding of public healthcare datasets and business intelligence platforms. β€’ Ability to translate strategic requirements into technical agent behaviors and workflows. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with a track record of supporting business strategy through advanced analytics. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
