Role description
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from structured and unstructured data sources, including MongoDB. • Build predictive and statistical models to support healthcare analytics initiatives. • Develop data pipelines and automation scripts for large-scale data processing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and healthcare stakeholders. • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. • Optimize and monitor model performance in production environments. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related field. • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch preferred). • Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data storage, querying, and performance tuning. • Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP). • Strong understanding of statistics and probability. • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing. • Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts. • Experience in healthcare domain is a strong plus.
