Payrate: $44.00 - $45.00/hr. Position Contributions to Work Group: We are looking for an individual to provide data visualization solutions that enable actionable business insights. We provide data solutions that support our broader global team as they work to achieve targets. Responsibilities include managing data visualization projects, and hoc report creation, and other tasks as assigned. This role will support the Data Analytics team’s mission to provide dashboards and reporting solutions that allow our internal business partners to identify insights and build initiatives. This person will provide focused support for the Sales Execution teams globally. Typical task breakdown: • Use Tableau and Power BI to create solutions • Manage multiple projects for customers simultaneously • Clearly communicate and document project progress, roadblocks, and anticipated timelines • Seek information about the real, underlying needs of their customers, beyond those expressed initially, and match those needs to available (or customized) products or services • This role will be responsible for managing tasks with varying timelines, including requesting support as needed. This may include getting clarity of requests from customers or guidance on data sources from teammates. Technical Skills: • Minimum 1 year experience using at least one of the following tools: • Tableau • Power BI • Minimum 1 year experience in SQL • I must be able to work independently with minimal supervision • Industry nonspecific, but highly regulated industries like healthcare and finance may not be the best fit as data isn’t as clean. • One year’s experience with Python • Experience with presentation and ability to navigate discussion with high level stakeholders regarding timelines and assignments • Experience with Git Hub • Experience with ticketing systems Soft Skills: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Confidence to request support as needed • Willingness to share knowledge and support teammates on projects • Collaborative approach to teamwork • A proven track record of building cross-functional relationships with diversified departments • A strong customer focus and awareness of company products and product applications Education & Experience: • A combination of education and work experience (including internships) will be accepted so long as proficiency in technical skills can be demonstrated. • Minimum required: Associate degree plus 4 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ experience OR Master’s degree plus 2 internships • Candidates will not be considered overqualified, but suppliers need to ensure interest in this specific role. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $45.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
