Key Responsibilities As a Data Scientist / Generative AI, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions. Your role will involve: • Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and AI solutions to meet specific business needs. • Working extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and evaluating their performance. • Developing Generative AI models and AI-driven agents to automate tasks and significantly enhance business intelligence. • Implementing sophisticated Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze and extract crucial insights from textual data. • Performing both supervised and unsupervised machine learning tasks to solve challenging predictive modeling and classification problems. • Building and maintaining scalable solutions using robust technologies such as Python, MongoDB, and Databricks. • Evaluating and thoroughly testing LLMs, applying insights to continuously improve their performance and effectiveness. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand diverse data challenges and develop actionable AI solutions. • Driving end-to-end machine learning workflows, from initial data preprocessing to model deployment and ongoing monitoring. Required Skills and Experience We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation and practical experience in: • Extensive experience with Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and algorithm development. • Expertise in working with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. • Proficiency with Databricks for efficient data processing and robust model development. • In-depth knowledge of Generative AI principles and advanced NLP techniques. • Significant experience in Large Language Model (LLM) tuning (OpenAI preferred) and their application in real-world use cases. • Proven experience in developing AI agents for automating decision-making processes or enhancing customer-facing interactions. • Solid understanding of both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques (e.g., classification, clustering, regression). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. • Experience in model evaluation, validation, and performance metrics, particularly relevant for LLMs. • The ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
