Role description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Python to develop and deploy data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work with large-scale healthcare datasets, apply advanced text analytics, and build machine learning models to improve clinical insights and decision-making. and need above 10+ years of experience in IT. Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Python, NLP frameworks (SpaCy, NLTK, Transformers, etc.). • Experience with healthcare data and standards (FHIR, ICD codes) preferred. • Background in machine learning, deep learning, and data visualization. • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize NLP pipelines for unstructured healthcare data (EHR, clinical notes, patient feedback). • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from text data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into healthcare applications. • Ensure data privacy and compliance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
