Experience & Seniority
• 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science
• Proven ability to own medium–large projects end‑to‑end with minimal guidance
• Clear track record delivering production, business‑critical data products
Core Technical Skills
• Advanced SQL (Presto/Hive or equivalent)
• Strong Python (pandas, NumPy; production-grade usage)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Data modeling & warehouse design (dimensional models, star/snowflake schemas, Databricks or similar)
Analytics & Statistics
• Practical application of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis and quantifying business impact
• Ability to synthesize analysis into clear, executive-ready insights
Business & Communication
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience partnering closely with Operations / Finance / Planning teams
• Fluent in translating ambiguous business needs into reliable data solutions
