Data Scientist

You understand how to ground LLMs with enterprise data, develop scalable AI systems from concept to deployment, and translate complex business problems into practical AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities • Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered applications • Develop semantic/context layers that improve retrieval, reasoning, and AI performance • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions • Apply machine learning and causal inference techniques to solve complex business problems • Drive projects from experimentation through production deployment Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field • 3+ years of Data Science or Machine Learning experience • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI • Experience with semantic search, context engineering, or enterprise AI solutions • Strong Python, SQL, and Git skills • Experience with Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms • Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders • Experience deploying production-grade machine learning solutions
