Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning algorithms - Lead whiteboarding sessions with stakeholders to identify, ideate, and prioritize data science use cases and business applications - Perform statistical analysis, A/B testing, and hypothesis testing to validate model performance and business impact - Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring - Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models at scale Required Technical Skills: - 5+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling - Proficiency in Python with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch - Strong knowledge of statistical methods, probability theory, and experimental design - Experience with SQL and database management systems - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn) - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Statistical & Analytical Skills: - Advanced understanding of regression analysis, time series forecasting, and predictive modeling - Experience with feature engineering, dimensionality reduction, and model optimization techniques - Knowledge of ensemble methods, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning - Familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision techniques Additional Requirements: - Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Experience with agile development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn) - Knowledge of MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Apache Airflow) Must Have Skills: -AI/ML/MLOps -Python -SQL Nice to Have Skills: - Snowflake Cortex AI platform - big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) - Familiarity with real-time model serving and API development
