We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist / AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Weehawken, NJ. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced AI/ML frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and data science techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both modern AI toolkits and traditional machine learning methods.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including Agentic RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and vector databases.
• Implement embedding and chunking strategies and apply MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Apply data science and machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, decision trees, random forest, XGBoost, and model validation/evaluation.
• Conduct probabilistic analysis, A/B testing, and time series analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
• Leverage NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and semantic analysis to develop scalable AI solutions.
Experience Required:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and RAG-based systems.
