Data Scientist

About this Role This role provides broad exposure to MineStar products and involves close collaboration with product owners, service engineers, quality teams, and other key partners. You’ll expand your network while strengthening your knowledge and adaptability in a dynamic, fast changing environment. Typical task breakdown: - Code reports and applications ensuring data and information are correct. - Develop and provide visualizations and measure for data using Power BI or other reporting tools as needed based on business function and product needs. Interaction with team: - Daily In-Person and Teams meeting collaboration Team Structure - Reports to manager. Directed by Project Lead. Work environment: Office cubicle location Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 1-2 relevant years of exp - Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework - Do you accept internships as job experience: yes - Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: Data Analyst / Data Engineer Must be comfortable working in industry standard statistics, analytics, and data visualization packages. Must demonstrate strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
