Type “ Long Term Contract
Roles & Responsibilities
• Master's degree
• 3+ minimum years of direct experience; post grads with Master's degree in computer science + direct school project experience with the below skills may be considered
• Must have experience utilizng SQL and Python for data validation/querying and comfortable doing backend data manipulation/modeling on top of data science responsibilities
SQL - advanced
• -Strong foundational SQL + ability to explain query logic clearly
• Joins, aggregations, grouping
• -CTEs / building queries in steps, window functions
• -Analytical-style queries (e.g., calculations across rows, ranking-type logic)
Python/Pandas – Data Logic & Interpretation
• Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis / manipulation
• Core data structures (lists, dictionaries, sets, etc.)
• Data handling and transformation logic
Data Structures & Fundamentals
Machine Learning – Applied Knowledge
• Experience with common ML models (especially classification)
• -Metric selection based on use case
• -High-level concepts like regularization
• Experience working with BI reporting tools - ideally Power BI
• Exploratory data analysis; forecasting, trending
• Excellent communication skills with experience working with stakeholders/senior leadership
