SC Cleared Data Scientist - Contract
Canary Wharf (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite)
£650-£750 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract until September
Morgan Hunt are working with a high-profile public sector organisation who require an SC Cleared Data Scientist to support a key programme of work through to September.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a data-driven transformation programme within a secure environment, working alongside experienced data, engineering and policy teams.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering advanced analytics and data science solutions, helping to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and deploying predictive models and statistical analysis
• Working with large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders to shape data solutions
• Supporting decision-making through clear visualisation and communication of findings
• Ensuring work aligns with security and governance requirements
Key Requirements
• Active SC Clearance (essential)
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist in complex or regulated environments
• Strong skills in Python (or similar) and data science libraries
• Experience with machine learning, statistical modelling and data analysis
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in public sector or government environments is highly desirable
