What Youβll Do:
β’ Design AI-driven solutions for customer retention and engagement.
β’ Leverage NLP to extract insights from conversational data (calls, chats, diagnostics).
β’ Support the transition from traditional ML models to custom LLMs.
β’ Work with SQL and Python to process and analyze complex datasets.
β’ Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into business operations and decision-making.
What Weβre Looking For:
Weβre seeking early-career Data Scientists who bring curiosity, emotional intelligence, and collaboration to the table. The team values innovation, humility, and effective communication.
Must-Haves:
β’ Bilingual in Spanish (mandatory).
β’ Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
β’ Solid Python background with AI/NLP libraries.
β’ Applied experience with AI in real-world environments.
β’ Familiarity with NLP techniques for analyzing human interactions.
Nice-to-Haves:
β’ Exposure to or interest in developing LLMs.
β’ Experience with telecom, customer support, or call center data.
β’ Understanding of cloud-based AI tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

β’ This is a 100% onsite role in Denver, CO β no remote or hybrid options.
β’ Open to strong new graduates or candidates with a Masterβs degree.
