Data Scientist

Data Scientist Miami, FL (4 days onsite/1 day remote) 6-month CTH Position Summary The Data Scientist operates as an independent problem-solver, owning complex analytical work and driving insights. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present findings in clear, business-friendly terms. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end analytical projects (problem → modeling → recommendation) • Build and enhance forecasting, optimization, and pricing models • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches • Present insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders • Partner cross-functionally across revenue, finance, and operations • Mentor junior analysts informally and help guide their work What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience in data science / analytics • Strong SQL + predictive modeling experience • Python or modern data stack experience • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Strong communication skills: • Can clearly explain work to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations Nice to Have • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake • Experience influencing business decisions Disclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
