Data Scientist (USC & GC - W2 Only)

Project Insights: We need candidates with a traditional Data Science mindset, a blend of core Data Science and Gen AI skills. They want someone grounded in classical ML/DL fundamentals who can also work with modern Gen AI tools. Candidate needs strong SQL skills to analyze datasets residing in Oracle (on-prem), GCP, or AWS environments. While the role will need to understand and support the MLOps team's workflows, this is not an MLOps engineering position; the person won't own MLOps responsibilities directly. Main thing is that candidate must be a go-getter who can work independently with minimal handholding. IVR Experience is not mandatory. Location -Charlotte, NC High-Level Skill Set Primary Skills: • Core Data Science (statistical modeling, traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning) • Generative AI /LLM-based solutioning • Strong SQL for data analysis (Oracle, GCP, AWS environments) • Strong independent problem-solving and stakeholder-facing communication Secondary Skills: • Working knowledge of MLOps concepts and pipelines (support/collaboration, not ownership) • Exposure to cloud data platforms (GCP/AWS)
