Role description
Payrate: $45.50 - $50.05/hr.
Summary:
This role will involve integrating complex data sources, performing data analytics, and developing visualizations and dashboards and helping to design and implement sophisticated process automation for business processes, analytical models, and artificial intelligence applications.
Responsibilities:
β’ Build a wide range of data and analytics solutions, from descriptive to prescriptive, using advanced statistical and machine learning models.
β’ Leverage large data sets to conduct end-to-end analytics that will include data gathering, requirements specifications, processing, analytics, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
β’ Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology.
β’ Define and implement robust software architecture on the cloud, AWS preferred.
β’ Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
β’ Define and create automated interactive dashboards and tools that turn data into business insights.
β’ Document data relations, data flows, and business logics behind digitalization projects.
β’ Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams.
β’ Work closely with subject matter experts to deliver value by developing novel, practical, scientific data-driven solutions to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
β’ Expertise working with large data sets, data mining, and machine learning tools
β’ Experience in various artificial intelligence applications
β’ Experience in data science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
β’ Experience with one or more agile software development methodologies.
β’ Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
β’ Strong proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: SQL, Java, Python programming languages, JavaScript web application framework (such as ReactJS)
β’ Proficiency in Python, SQL and PySpark for data processing and ETL workflows, with experience in Databricks.
β’ Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.
β’ Experience with AWS, Databricks, or Azure cloud services.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
β’ Independent, self-motivated, organized, able to multi-task in time-sensitive environments, and skilled in communication, facilitation, and collaboration
β’ Familiarity with DevOps and software best practices (i.e., version control, continuous integration, test driven development)
β’ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Familiarity with common operations systems, such as SAP, Rapid Response, Veeva and advanced analytics tool sets, such as R, Python and SQL.
β’ Hands on experience with Full Stack software development.
β’ Proficient in programming language Python(preferred), JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL.
β’ Strong problem solving, analytical skills; Ability to learn quickly.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Experienced with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.50 - $50.05 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
