Data Security Administrator

Summary: We are hiring a Data Security Admin, The OT Threat & Vulnerability Management Analyst will be responsible for quantifying, assessing, tracking, and managing the resolution of identified vulnerabilities across various Operational Technology (OT) assets and systems. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with business representatives, security architects, and IT owners to drive cybersecurity compliance and remediation efforts. The analyst will leverage foundational IT asset, OT asset, and cybersecurity knowledge and apply it to OT environments, utilizing a variety of tools and methodologies to enable effective risk management and reporting. Job Title: Data Security Admin Work Location: East Peoria, IL, but open to Nashville or Dallas office Duration: 12 Months Contract Hourly Rate: $65.00-$70.00 per hour on W2 Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 10 years exp (combination of OT or IT and cybersecurity) Day-to-day Responsibilities include: • Vulnerability identification, assessment, and impact analysis. • Reviewing data from Nozomi (passive monitoring tool) and ServiceNow. • Data analysis & reporting (basic dashboards, PowerPoint, reports). • Remediation coordination with OT asset owners/business teams. • Input into OT vulnerability management process development. • Participation in multi-year OT Cybersecurity Program projects (as a team member, not lead). Must-Have Skills/Experience: • Real-world OT experience (not just educational). • Strong vulnerability management background (OT preferred). • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nozomi or similar). • Workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow). • Understanding of vulnerabilities in industrial systems / OT environments. • Communication & stakeholder management skills (translate technical to non-technical). • Organizational & time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks independently. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Data visualization / reporting experience (dashboards, metrics). • Broader cybersecurity or IT background with OT exposure.
