Role description
SaaS Data Security Posture Management Engineer Support Solution Lead with engineering tasks necessary to implement the chosen solution. Evaluate and recommend automated tools (including the use of AI where beneficial) to identify and classify data stored in various SaaS services. Data Migration from Dropbox, Onedrive, 365 and Sharepoint Undertake engineering tasks associated with the implementation of data classification tools, including integration with Microsoft Data Lifecycle Management solutions for Records Management with Office 365. Assist Solution Lead with the implementation of retention labelling approaches alongside business stakeholders. Implement appropriate access control and auditing solutions in line with policy and as per design. Work with relevant teams to develop and implement JML processes associated with the use of the compliance and records management functions. Act as a Technical SME. Key Skills: β€’ Awareness of data security posture management and using tools to manage this at scale. β€’ Experience of O365 and Azure automation/engineering in a large and complex organisation. β€’ Good understanding of records management principles and best practices. β€’ Ideally, experience with Microsoft Purview and other relevant Microsoft 365 tools. β€’ Good understanding of Entra security. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Attention to detail and organisational skills.
