13+ years in Data Governance / Information Governance / Data Management roles.
• Strong experience in enterprise data classification and operationalizing it across teams and systems.
• Hands-on understanding of security and governance controls: RBAC, DLP concepts, privacy/security alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with executives, security, legal/compliance, and technical teams.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills; able to drive adoption and change.

1. Metadata, Cataloging & Discoverability (Governed Access)
