Job Title: Data Wrangler Location: Waterloo, IA (Onsite) Assignment Length: 24 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG) Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour Shift Information: Standard onsite business hours Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the future, for this position. We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Wrangler to join our team in Waterloo. This role could be the next exciting step in your data analytics or supply chain career! Position Overview: As a Data Wrangler, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate cost forecasts, supporting negotiation efforts with suppliers, co-leading cost reduction initiatives, and generating monthly metric reports for the broader team. You’ll work closely with buyers and cross-functional teams to ensure cost targets are met and actionable insights are shared across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain monthly cost forecasts by collaborating with buyers • Lead or co-lead cross-functional cost reduction ideation events • Develop and distribute monthly cost metric reports • Reconcile cost forecasts monthly and resolve discrepancies • Perform cost analysis to support negotiations with suppliers Required Skills & Experience: • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Experience analyzing large datasets • Project management experience • Bachelor’s degree (Business degree preferred, not required) What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred): • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI; Databricks • Experience working in SAP • Experience in cost reduction initiatives
