This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and business operations. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining sales data, updating key business assets, and ensuring accuracy across multiple internal systems in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position offers the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and grow within a collaborative and supportive team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Pull, clean, and organize data from internal repositories and systems.
• Update sales and marketing materials using pre-approved templates and maintain consistent formatting and accuracy.
• Maintain and refresh Excel-based reports and trackers with updated data inputs.
• Support reporting and documentation needs across teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth information flow.
• Work extended hours during peak periods (end-of-quarter cycles) as needed.
Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (maximum 3 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with data organization or administrative support in a business environment.
• Interest in learning about business operations, analytics, or sales enablement.
