Specialist Quality Control with Power BI or Spotfire, SQL and Dashboard Experience (Hybrid Job in Holly Springs NC) Location: Holly Springs NC Terms: Contract W2 Only Duration : 12 Months Contract (Will Get Extended for Long) Description: Note: This position will be Hybrid (3 days a week onsite). The candidate must be located near Holly Springs, NC. Skill Sets: • Advanced business intelligence and data visualization experience (Power BI or Spotfire preferred in an enterprise environment) • Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured data environments • Communication skills with proven track record of translating stakeholder requirements into digital solutions Day to Day Responsibilities: • Partner with QC functional groups and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand laboratory processes and data flows • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that provide insights into QC performance and key metrics • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data accessibility • Translate business needs into technical solutions using enterprise tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, and related platforms • Support integration and alignment of QC systems with broader enterprise data architecture • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data integrity and regulatory expectations • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital capabilities within QC
