Job Description:
Insight Global's professional services division, Evergreen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Order Data Technician to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This Data Tech will assist in quality control and quality assurance efforts and identify a long-term plan to eliminate a WO backlog in the future. This WO Data Tech will implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process while collaborating with peers to solve issues and provide status updates. This role is paying a flat rate of $30/hr.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Minimum one year of experience in Construction, Operations, Design, Maintenance or Utility/Energy industry
β’ Experience with SAP Experience doing work order reconciliation and/or allocation specifically with: VLOOKUP's, index match, count ifs, sum ifs formulas, and Managing large data sets.
β’ Experience reconciling backlog of work orders, identifying work orders without recent charges and determining the proper action.
