Project
The individual hired will providing hands on support to the Global Business Services Team through data transactions and entry in Workday, OTA, ServiceNOW and more. The individual will be onsite, 5 days a week processing these transactions for the business.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Perform individual employee data transactions and data-entry in Workday, OTA, ServiceNow and other systems, for and not limited to:
o Backlot hire/rehire/updates.
o Work-for-hires, hire/rehire/updates.
o Talent vouchers, hire/rehire/updates.
o Theatrical hire/rehire/updates.
o Participations hire/updates.
o Participation ACH conversion.
o Update employee information in Workday
o Residual Hire information/update
o Minor Trust ACH conversion
o Compile SAG-AFTRA and DGA Employment Diversity Reports
o Tuition aid reimbursement requests
o Separation notice distribution for voluntary terminations
o Handle mail for tax notices, SSA, EDD audits, Disability & Paid Family Leave
o ACH rejections within banking systems
o Unemployment Claim Response & Administration
o State and Other report and audit management
β’ Performing and tracking administrative departmental tasks including report reviewing, data updates, mailing, filing, sending correspondence and records management
Requirements
1. 0-2 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required
1. 0-2 years of Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and ServiceNow (preferred) or other case management/knowledgebase tools
a. Desire / ability to learn new technology and software programs
1. High level experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
1. Strong aptitude for process improvements and problem solving. Ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment (demonstrated through experiences at previous employment)
