Duration: 12 months Job Type: Hybrid (Monday to Wed, Flexible) Responsibilities: • Clean and update MRO item data (e.g., motors, bearings) for accuracy and completeness • Remove duplicates and research missing details using online and supplier resources • Categorize items according to defined classification standards • Create or update item records based on existing data and research • Flag items that require further investigation or clarification • Meet data quality and update targets as assigned by the project lead Requirements: • Experience with MRO or industrial parts data preferred • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills • Proficient in Excel; experience with data entry or master data tools a plus • Ability to conduct online research using manufacturer or supplier information • Familiarity with maintenance, inventory, or supply chain environments • High school diploma required; technical training or related coursework preferred
