Data Specialist

Title : Technical Lead Location: Tempe AZ Duration : 12 Months Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (required) • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., AWS, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus Experience: • 10+ years of experience in system integration, architecture, and sanctions system configuration • Large-scale enterprise implementations • Global delivery models with offshore teams • Deployment automation and redundancy design • Communicating technical concepts to senior business and tech leaders • Working in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines Technical Skills Must-Have: • Strong experience with system integration using MQ (e.g., IBM MQ) • Deep understanding of: Data architecture; Data modeling; ETL processes; Data governance, quality, privacy, and security controls • Deployment architecture with automated redundancy • Ability to deliver scalable, auditable, testable solutions Nice-to-Have: • Hands-on experience with FircoSoft Continuity platform (highly preferred) • Familiarity with: RPA (Robotic Process Automation); Machine Learning principles and model governance; Consulting experience; Financial services industry experience Responsibilities • Lead technical execution and oversee offshore team delivery • Drive the implementation of a modern sanctions screening platform • Collaborate with operations and technology stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget • Integrate vendor software (e.g., FircoSoft) into existing architecture • Design and implement target state data architecture • Evangelize platform capabilities and mentor internal teams • Ensure solutions meet compliance, performance, and scalability standards • Stay aligned with the business value and objectives of the program
