Role description
Our client is looking to stand up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of creating a centralized department that establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and best practices within an organization for electric distribution projects and operations. The primary goal is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and achieve desired outcomes. The professional services division of Insight Global, Evergreen, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Order Data Technician to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This Data Tech will assist in quality control and quality assurance efforts and identify a long-term plan to eliminate a WO backlog in the future. This WO Data Tech will implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process while collaborating with peers to solve issues and provide status updates. This role is paying a flat rate of $30/hr. Required Qualifications: - Minimum one year of experience in Construction, Operations, Design, Maintenance,Utility/Energy industry or similar - Experience with SAP Experience doing work order reconciliation and/or allocation specifically with: VLOOKUP's, index match, count ifs, sum ifs formulas, and Managing large data sets.
