Data Specialist (Veeva RIMS)

Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Data Specialist (Veeva RIMS) @ Remote (UK) Experince Required : • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes into Veeva RIMS. • Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements. • Data Quality , Support Data Migration Activities • Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure ongoing integrity of regulatory data. • Participate in data quality audits and provide remediation plans where necessary. • Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with all the stakeholders including but not limited to Regulatory Affairs, Affiliates, and Veeva implementation teams to gather data requirements and resolve issues. • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure data needs are • clearly understood and met. • Documentation & Reporting • Maintain detailed documentation of data remediation and migration activities. • Provide regular updates and reports on data quality status and migration progress to project stakeholders. • Compliance & Governance • Ensure all data handling activities comply with internal governance policies and external regulatory expectations. • Support the development and enforcement of data governance frameworks within the regulatory domain.
