Job Description
Weβre looking for detail-oriented and analytical Master Data Management Analysts. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of product data. Responsible for entering and validating item-level data in the MDM system (Gold), ensuring that all information is accurate, logical, and aligned with business rules. This is not routine data entry - each request requires critical thinking and a strong understanding of product setup. The analyst must recognize inconsistencies/errors and flag issues. Analysts maintain data accuracy, catching inconsistencies such as retail prices being lower than cost, and proactively communicating these issues back to the merchandising team.
Will manage a shared team mailbox, working through incoming requests from merchandising team. These requests vary and may include setting up import items, each with its own set of rules and required fields. The analyst must be comfortable navigating these nuances and ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system.
Collaboration is key, as the analyst will work closely with merchandising to ensure data is complete and accurate before it is finalized in the system. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
