We're hiring a data-driven Product Analyst to help uncover what users love, what makes them stay, and what drives growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy. You'll turn complex data into clear insights, support experimentation, and help shape smarter product decisions across a fast-growing digital consumer business. Client Details A global Ecommerce beauty brand. Description • Analyse user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion trends • Support A/B testing from setup to results analysis • Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI tools • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs • Investigate product performance issues and uncover growth opportunities • Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business impact • Collaborate with data teams to improve data quality and reporting workflows Profile • 2+ years of experience in Product or Data Analytics • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets • Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA • Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical analysis • Python or R experience preferred • Strong communication skills with a business-first mindset • Curious, proactive, and comfortable solving complex problems Job Offer £44k - £48k 10% bonus A fully remote role based in the UK or Europe This role is an ongoing contract role (Limited company) Desired Skills and Experience Product Product Analyst Ecommerce A/B testing Python Data Growth Book AI
