Position: Data Conversion Specialist
Client: Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development (LADOTD)
Location: Remote (Must work within Continental USA)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

10+ years of Data Conversion / Data Migration experience
10+ years ofStrong SQL Server expertise
10+ years of Legacy-to-modern platform migration experience
Government/Public Sector experience
CRM, reporting systems, or intake portal experience
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map data from legacy systems to modern platforms
Develop enterprise data conversion and migration strategies
Perform ETL development, data transformation, and validation
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and integrity throughout migration lifecycle
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Support workflow modernization and reporting initiatives
Required Skills:
10+ years of Data Conversion / Data Migration experience
10+ years ofStrong SQL Server expertise
ETL, data mapping, transformation, and validation experience
10+ years of Legacy-to-modern platform migration experience
Experience with large enterprise datasets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Government/Public Sector experience
CRM, reporting systems, or intake portal experience
AWS or Azure cloud exposure
Workflow/process modernization experience
