Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Steward in Orlando, FL. Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Steward to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across our aviation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong understanding of data governance practices within the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Data Steward will maintain high-quality data standards across all business systems and processes
β’ Monitor and validate data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data governance policies
β’ Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and maintain master data records
β’ Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies
β’ As a Data Steward, you will support data migration and integration efforts during system upgrades or transitions
β’ Develop and maintain documentation related to data standards, definitions, and procedures
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in data stewardship or data management roles
β’ Experience working in the aviation industry or with aviation-related data
β’ Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data administration and reporting
β’ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
β’ Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA)
β’ Certification in data management or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
